As Customer Service Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent Customer Service to both internal and external
- Process customer orders using the company’s CRM system in a timely manner
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints in all forms of communication (phone email chat)
- Action and progress deliveries
- Building customer rapport to sustain long term relationships with all stake holders
- Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure smooth operation
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll have:
- One year Customer Service background
- The ability to communication over the phone confidently
- Be a team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to manage priorities
