As Customer Service Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional Customer Service experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating, using CRM systems and delivering excellent Customer Service

As Customer Service Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent Customer Service to both internal and external
• Process customer orders using the company’s CRM system in a timely manner
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints in all forms of communication (phone email chat)
• Action and progress deliveries
• Building customer rapport to sustain long term relationships with all stake holders
• Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure smooth operation

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll have:

• One year Customer Service background
• The ability to communication over the phone confidently
• Be a team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Be able to manage priorities
