Service Coordinator / Planner
Job Location: Poole, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm

We are working alongside a leading global manufacturer who are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator / Planner to add to their team.
Within this role you will be managing a high volume of calls and organising the diaries and workload for the Field Service Engineers, to maximise the completion of planned and reactive works to equipment within our customers premises throughout the United Kingdom.
Key duties will include;
- Scheduling engineers’ diaries for repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring that there are up to date and accurate records on each job/task
- Liaise with external customers and internal departments in relation to service request progress
- Arrange hire vehicles for Field Service Engineers
- Arrange accommodation for engineers working away from home, on training etc.
For this role the successful applicant will possess;
- High level of customer service along with experience of planning / scheduling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong PC skills with the ability to pick up new systems
