As Service Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate Engineers diaries
- Process the job details on a service system
- Ensure parts are identified and sent to the engineers
- Process completed reports
- Raise invoices
As Service Coordinator you will have:
- Previous experience in Customer services
- Experience in Telephone work, inbound and outbound calls
- Background working in engineering or technical environment
- Diary management experience (desirable)
- Full clean driving licence and own car
