Responsibilities
Technical management of the Controlling department
Controlling business partner for the internal departments and external partners
Coordination, control and implementation of control processes (planning, forecasting, control)
Preparation of management decisions through committee preparation and participation in the same as a representative of the supervisor
Ongoing new/further development and optimization of controlling processes, methods and tools as well as reporting and ensuring uniform standards
Further development of related end-to-end processes together with the other corporate functions
(Ad-hoc) analysis and commentary of KPIs and target/actual deviations as well as collaboration in deriving measures together with the specialist departments
Preparation of profitability analysis, business cases, etc. and development of decision recommendations for management
Requirements
Successfully completed studies with a focus on business administration, economics, industrial engineering or similar
Very long professional experience (usually > 7 years) ideally in finance, controlling or consulting in the industrial sector, auditing or comparable sectors
Sound knowledge of internal and ideally external accounting
Ideally initial professional management experience
Independent, structured work, assertiveness and a pronounced goal orientation with a high degree of analytical and conceptual thinking and acting
Strong communication, teamwork, conflict management and social skills
Very good IT skills (MS Office, SAP FI/CO)
Very good knowledge of German and English
