Reed are currently working with end of life charity in the recruitment of an Operations Team Leader. As the Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining productivity and ensuring smooth operations. The role will be a 3 month temporary contract based in Doncaster.
Job Title: Team Leader/Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Doncaster, United Kingdom (Office-based)
Duration: 3 months (temporary position)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of individuals involved in building and resetting laptops.
- Ensure team members are performing their tasks efficiently.
- Monitor productivity and quality of work.
- Collaborate with senior management to streamline processes.
- Participate in other admin tasks when they arise.
- Eventually, assist in the transition to outsourced team.
