Team Leader
Search Health-care are working with a Nationally Recognised Health-Care Provider to source a number of experienced Team Leaders to support vulnerable adolescents between the ages of 16-24.
The emphasis of this job will be working with vulnerable individuals between the ages of 16-24 supporting their daily activities and caring for them. It will be required of you to work long shifts, including nights. Your availability must be flexible in order to guarantee that service users receive support on a daily basis. Some service users may have mental health difficulties it is essential you have prior experience with mental health. The ideal applicant will have worked in a similar role as a Team Leader supporting vulnerable young adults. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have previously completed MAPA/PMVA training. It is essential that you have a driving licence and a car as you will be required to travel between Bradford and Leeds.

- You have at least 6 months experience in the health and social sector and are able to provide
2 years of employment referencing
- Have MAPA or PMVA training
- Car Driver
- Previous Team Leader experience
