This provider is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people by creating a safe and nurturing environment in their Children's Residential Homes, where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
As a Team Leader, your role encompasses:
* Leading and delivering direct care in a residential setting, setting a high standard for support and guidance.
