Main Responsibilities:
- Strategically implement plans to achieve my client's priorities within the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and achievement of performance targets.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Clinical Negligence team.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Medical Negligence issues.
- Drive team productivity and maintain high-quality case planning.
- Proven leadership experience in a Clinical Negligence team.
- Successful management of a diverse range of Clinical Negligence claims.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience coaching and supporting team members.
- Technology literacy to enhance legal services.
- Competitive salary
- 35 hours working week
