- Salary: £13.50 per hour
- Hours: 36 hours
- Shift Pattern: Days - 7:45am to 8pm or Nights - 8pm to 8pm
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Care Type: Nursing - Elderly.
You and the Role
We are looking for a Team Leader or experienced senior care assistant ready to take that next step in their career. You will be working alongside a unique team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest standards of personalised care to the home's residents. In this role you will be expected to lead a team of carers to:
- Provide the highest quality care to support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents.
- Support carers in providing personal care and support with daily activities.
- Administer medication.
- Write and update care plans, including keeping accurate daily residents.
- Promote resident's choices, dignity, and independence.
*Candidates applying for this role must have a Level 3 qualification in health and social care (or equivalent) and a minimum of 1 years' experience as a senior care assistant or similar role.
