Opportunity:
As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Dundee store. You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service and business objectives are met. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive sales and achieve targets by implementing effective sales strategies and providing excellent product knowledge to both customers and the sales team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products in an enticing and appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability, conducting regular stock takes and managing replenishment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Offer a fresh perspective, and implement new ideas that can improve the customer experience, sales and the team's way of working
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably within retail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for luxury brands and products
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
