Position: Team Manager - Social Worker

The Role: In this role, you'll lead a team of passionate social workers in providing outstanding services for Looked After children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care plans tailored to the individual needs of Looked After children.
- Collaborating with foster carers, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support.
- Advocating for the voices of Looked After children in all decision-making processes.
