Team Manager for Physical Disabilities, Occupational Therapy and Sensory Impairment
£55,293 - £58,737 per annum
Full-time, 37 hours per week

We are currently looking to recruit a Team Manager for our Physical Disabilities, Occupational Therapy and Sensory Needs Teams.
With the support of the Advanced Practitioners in each area, the successful post holder will be responsible for the operational management of each team ensuring effective service delivery to the highest professional standard. You may be from an occupational therapist background, with knowledge of social care or you could be a social worker looking for their next step. Either way, you will be required to hold a professional qualification, e.g., a degree in Social Work, OT, Nursing or equivalent) and the corresponding professional registration. You will have experience of multiagency working and a commitment to building robust partnerships to ensure that the health and wellbeing of our service users are paramount to service delivery. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with the drive to deliver excellent services to the residents of Bedford Borough. You will need excellent communication skills and a high level of competence in these specialist areas.
