We have a fantastic Locum Team Manager opportunity based within a Fostering Team in the Tameside, Greater Manchester area. The manager will be managing the Support and Development Team and will work with the approved foster carers.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the Support and Development Team
- Support the Supervising Social Workers to manage a team of 150 approved foster carers
To be considered for the Team Manager role…ideally you will have:
- 3+ years' experience of working within a similar role and team
- A Diploma/Degree in Social Work
- Registration with Social Work England
- Familiar with annual review process, handling complaints and escalations, evaluations of foster carers, placement sufficiency.
