I am looking for an experienced people manager to join one of my financial services clients based in Swindon. You will be heading up a team of Insurance Customer Advisors. This is a self-sufficient, over performing team and you will be offering coaching, support and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team by example, motivate and develop. To be responsible for ongoing training, coaching and development.
- Discuss ongoing performance on a regular basis ensuring that any under performance is addressed.
- Effective prioritisation of work within the team.
Skills:
- Full understanding of Insurance industry would be beneficial.
- Ability to coach team members and manage performance where necessary as well as carry out yearly & half yearly performance reviews.
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise.
- Excellent communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff to achieve team performance.
