4 days in office, 1 wfh

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Complex diary management across the team
• Organising meetings and other events
• Acting as gatekeeper for the team
• Anticipating and resolving issues in advance such as conflicting meetings
• Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries and relevant documents
• Organising client dinners, entertainment and in-house lunches
• Investor Relations/Roadshow support
• Managing email communication, flagging urgent requests and following up
• Liaising with clients and internal banking teams
• Working closely with other PAs in the group

The skills you need to bring:

• PA experience supporting a busy team in financial services
• Strong MS Office skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Confident multi-tasker
• Ability to build quick work relationships
• Approachable and strong communicator
• Team player
• Ability to work in-office 4 days a week
