My client is an established international shipping company with offices globally and is at the forefront of the maritime industry. Constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices to deliver unparalleled efficiency and reliability to its clients. The Team Secretary will be highly motivated, talented and strive under pressure. Responsibilities will include supporting staff in multiple departments, ensuring diary management, travel (including visa applications) and administration needs are all catered for. They will also support the Global Administration Manager and be part of the wider team across different regions. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar roles with a tenure of 3 to 5 years at any one company preferred. We are looking for somebody with an efficient mindset offering and receiving clear, concise instructions, able to manage several tasks, process driven with a focus on end date completions. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position for circa 10 years and have excellent experience covering Diary Management, Organizing Travel arrangements, Calendar Planning and Proficient IT skills.
