ARE YOU THE ONE?

As our Masterclass Trainer, you’ll be a part of our customer-centric team and will be the connection between our cutting-edge latest technology, and our valued customers. You will play a pivotal role in delivering brand experiences, your primary focus will be on ensuring that every customer receives a remarkable, personalised, and standout experience, establishing us as the brand of choice.

You’ll conduct Galaxy masterclass workshops, showcasing your product and brand knowledge driving increased customer interactions.

The working days required for this campaign are:

• Wednesday 10th- Sunday 14th July
• Friday 19th- Sunday 21st July
• Friday 26th - Sunday 28th July
• Friday 2nd - Sunday 4th August
• Friday 9th - Sunday 11th August
• Friday 16th - 18th August

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

MASTERCLASS WORKSHOPS

• Deliver captivating and informative tech product presentations to a range of small and large audiences
• Showcase cutting-edge features and functionalities of our latest technology through hands-on experiences
• Understand what a customer would like to learn from the training session and then be able to identify what features in the session will be relevant to the customer and to highlight them during the session

TRAINING EXPERTISE

• Deliver training via PowerPoint content and a second practical training session
• Effectively "check back" on information shared to confirm customer understanding
• Able to make training material relevant to the customers. Creating WOW moments for customers

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalised and engaging product presentations and workshops
• Contribute to a positive and memorable experience for customers, fostering loyalty and satisfaction
• Effectively communicate the value propositions and unique selling points of our tech products during demonstrations

ENHANCE PRODUCT ENGAGEMENT

• Educate customers about the functionalities, benefits, and unique aspects of our products, increasing overall awareness and knowledge
• Showcase the features of our products, reinforcing the brands identity, creating a lasting impression that goes beyond the demonstration
• Maintain an expert understanding of products and all experience zones/areas ensuring adaptability, enabling your ability to upsell

• Bring a sense of excitement and enjoyment into the customer experience, demonstrating your bright and positive outlook
• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere during product workshops, making the interaction not just informative but also enjoyable for customers

• Competitive Salary: £150 per day
• Performance Bonus: £25 daily bonus
