Job description

Full-time, based in our London office.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Technology Team in London to help us further develop our software systems.

Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

With a minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or business analysis, you will have a basic understanding of product development and Agile/Scrum principles. Experience within a technology-based environment is preferred, as well as proven experience in translating business needs into software requirements. The ability to effectively prioritise will be a key success factor in this role. You will be passionate about technology and keen to learn new software systems inside out.

Communication skills are key. You will have some demonstrable experience working with stakeholders and users at different levels, and be confident managing expectations. You will be supported in your professional growth through a collaborative environment and relevant training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with stakeholders to build product roadmaps
  • Gathering user requirements and defining the scope of new projects
  • Participate in prioritising developments of key software systems
  • Creating effective user stories and related acceptance criteria
  • Managing product backlog and communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization


ABOUT YOU

Experience as a Business Analyst or in Product Management, together with a university degree in relevant fields and a Certified Product Owner certification with a recognized institution, are preferred.
