TeamJobs are looking for a motivated, meticulous, diligent and organised person to join our clients Contracts Team as a Technical Administrator, assisting the team with all administrative activities.
The position is based at their head office in Ferndown, Dorset & the role will be reporting to the Contracts Office Manager.
The Salary for this role is between 23,000 to 25,000 per annum DOE

This role involves:
- Administration support for Contracts Team and external Project Managers
- Complete e-mail management
- Issuing documentation via e-mail and scheduling follow ups
- Filing of documents into the document management system
- Updating online databases and monitoring the status of submissions
- Incoming / Outgoing phone calls
- Liaising with other team members ensure accuracy of completed tasks
The successful candidate must have good PC skills, including Microsoft Office & other IT programs. An eye for attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. The ideal candidate must have experience in customer service, good time management and have excellent communication skills; interpersonal, listening, oral & written.
