Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.45pm & Friday 8.00am – 12.30pm

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to work for a well-established engineering company who specialise in providing services to a variety of clients on a global basis.
Within this role you will be based from their site in Poole, where you will be carrying out administration support to the site ranging from booking in jobs, raising purchase orders, compiling job cards, collating all paperwork and inputting the details on the system, issuing certificates and required documentation to customers.
Responsibilities will include;
- Booking in jobs onto the system & raising the relevant purchase orders
- Creating job cards / worksheets for the engineers
- Raising & issuing certificates on completed works
- Logging all worksheets after completion onto the system, ensuring traceability
- Collating all documentation on completed works to send to the customer
For this role we are looking for you to have;
- Previous administration experience within an Engineering environment
- PC literate with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook along with the ability to learn new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
