Are you keen to join the dynamic Information Systems team at a top law firm based in Liverpool, where collaboration is key? As a Technical Analyst, you'll play a vital role in overseeing production technology. Your responsibilities include ensuring day-to-day technology maintenance, managing major incidents, and contributing to projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the resolution of major incidents with effective communication and troubleshooting.
Maintain organizational security through agreed processes and constant monitoring.
Monitor system integrity and contribute to small projects related to existing systems.
Apply problem management techniques, including root-cause-analysis.
Contribute to the development of best practices and the IT knowledgebase.
Mentor service desk staff and provide learning opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest technologies for continual improvement.
Requirements:
Technical competence in Networking, VMWare, and Microsoft products.
Legal Services products experience is advantageous.
Good knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
Experience in managing 3rd parties and services.
Strong customer-facing and customer service skills.
