As a Senior Technical Artist, your responsibilities will include leading and directing a wide range of technical art tasks. You will be responsible for defining the graphic production pipeline, developing tools in Unity and Maya, optimising performance for art assets and render pipelines, and creating custom shaders and graphics solutions. You will be collaborating with the Head of Art, Art Leads, and Technical Director is crucial in order to develop and promote the graphics production pipeline. You will also be driving optimisation efforts, sourcing or developing tools to improve productivity and quality, providing training and technical support to the graphics team, staying up to date with the latest technological advancements, and mentoring and managing Junior Technical Artists. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record as a Technical Artist, expertise in Maya and real-time modelling techniques, scripting and programming knowledge, familiarity with game engines and platforms, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for games across multiple genres, but mainly Nintendo Style cartoon games.

Must have Requirements
- Proven track record as a Technical Artist with impactful contributions to at least one released game.
- Strong proficiency in Maya and real-time modelling, ideally with knowledge of Zbrush, Substance, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in scripting, programming languages, and shader programming.
- Strong experience with using Unity Game Engine
- In-depth understanding of game engines and hardware constraints.
- Ability to drive optimisation and establish best practices for the art team.
- Experience in developing or sourcing productivity-enhancing tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for games across diverse genres.
