Our client is looking for Technical Business Analayst - PAM who will be able to work across different application teams and have a technical understanding of PAM.
Job Description
- Communicate to application owners to onboard users and application accounts into PAM solution
- Track onboarding responses and progress
- Record onboarding issues, work with engineering team to find a solution and communicate to application team
- Schedule demo sessions between Engineering & Application teams to show how the PAM solution works to support education and awareness sessions
- Produce weekly and monthly progress reports on onboarding progress and issue status
- Write and update existing documentation to improve the onboarding process, awareness material and usage guides
- Automate and improve onboarding processes where possible
- Review configuration settings and 'clean-up’ un-used or redundant configuration
- Escalate issues or onboarding challenges
- Actively monitoring an Inbox via ServiceNow and responding to queries
- Escalation of major issues via a pre-defined process
- The resources will gain:
- An understanding of Privilege Access Management
- An understanding of the Trading FX platform and front office trading
- An understanding of Information Security
- Acquire a general understanding of Cyber Engineering
- Exposure to application developers, project management, IT and change teams
Technologies/skills:
- Ideally previous use and experience of PAM tool, Delinea would be preferred but not essential
- Understanding of Identity technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra and Okta
- Ability to script and knowledge of APIs and automation techniques would be beneficial
- Troubleshooting skills are essential along with attention to detail
- Ability to project manage and track onboarding progress
- Junior levels will suffice, senior levels not required

- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
