The Role
Our client has a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to join their growing team within the Essex region based on one of their exciting developments!

As the Technical Coordinator,

• you’ll oversee the external consultant team across all project procurement stages: commercial development, sales, Land acquisition and planning, production, and adoptions.
• efficient communication skills and issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment and synchronisation among all disciplines.
• Review layout drawings, supplier, and manufacturer details.
• Assist in obtaining necessary Building Regulation Technical Approvals
• Advise all internal teams of updates and progress.
• Efficiently resolve and coordinate any issues from external consultants.

Requirements –

• Previous experience as either an Assistant Technical Coordinator or Technical Coordinator within a New home development organisation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the full development/technical process
• Attained or working towards professional accreditation with CIOB, RICS, ICE, or RIBA
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to manage external consultant team and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
• Proficient in working within tight deadlines and accurately adhering to programs.
• Industry-related qualifications
