This group specialise in the design and manufacture of fireplaces which are supplied internationally. Being well-established industry leaders, they are producing high quality products and giving the best service to their customers around the UK. Due to their continued growth and expansion across the UK, they now require a Technical Customer Support Engineer
In this varied and autonomous role, you will be required to deal with technical queries issued by retailers, customers or clients on products and offer advice.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and will have dealt with technical queries such as warranty questions etc.

The Role:
Offering technical advice on products
Working with clients, retailers and customers
Working within the gas industry
Taking inbound calls regarding technical queries and dealing with them
The Person:
Customer Service skills
Experience dealing with technical questions
Computer literate
