We’re working with a fantastic company who are looking for someone to join their Customer Support team in a technical Field Based role where you will go out to customers homes to deliver and install new products.
The role will be fully Field Based across the south of the UK usually having 3-4 appointments a day. The companies head office is based in West Cambridge, so it would be useful if the successful candidate lived within a 20 mile radius of the office.
Typical duties would include:
- Driving to and installing the companies products into customer homes.
- Responding to emergency call outs for repairs
- Ensuring stock is managed correctly on the van to cater for any call outs
- Offering a high level of customer service to all clients
The successful candidate
- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Able to work well under pressure
- Technically minded and able to understand and work on a range of different products
- A full-clean driving license
