SalaryA Customer Support and Commissioning Engineer with broad technical knowledge and good fault- finding skills will play a key role in supporting an award winning technology company in the field. Travelling Worldwide on a regular basis, you’ll possess strong customer facing skills and will thrive on solving complex technical problems.
The successful Customer Support and Commissioning Engineer will be fully trained over a 3 month period at the Cambridge offices on all the company products, prior to undertaking field trips as required, with most trips lasting 5+ days. Nightly allowance will be paid for trips of more than 5 nights. When not travelling, you will be based in the Cambridge office where you’ll provide Customer Support and update procedural documentation.

The ideal candidate: With a formal Engineering qualification, and a background involving Customer Support and fault diagnosis for a range of electro-mechanical systems, as part of an International Commissioning team, you’ll bring excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver operational and maintenance training where needed.
