Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Apprentice to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and services while working closely with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported.
- Update network applications as required.
- Monitor and remove virus, spyware and other non-authorized software.
- Monitoring security alerts created by SOC/EDR/Anti-Virus software to remedy any issues created.
- Help increase security through-out support devices using RMM tool.
- Work alongside engineers with running and resolving issues found with pen and vulnerability testing.
- Perform regular customer site checks, undertake routine maintenance and server checks.
- Answering the phones in a polite and professional manner.
- Logging new tickets using Autotask
- Escalating any support tickets unable to be dealt with to the level 2 support.
- Assisting Technical Team at customer site with tasks set for example cabling issues, support, new PC set up etc.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Pay: £13,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
