Main Duties:
- Providing support globally for end user desktop issues
- Dealing with helpdesk tickets and other infrastructure issues, escalating where necessary
- Liaising with 3rd party support providers
- Installation and preparation of hardware
- Using Windows 10 operating system
- Using O365 administration and applications
- Windows Server user administration
- Setting up and administration on desktops, laptops, printers, and telephones
- Using a helpdesk and asset management system
About you:
- Proficient using Windows 10 operating systems
- O365 administration and applications
- Knowledge of MS Teams administration, Dell hardware and MS SharePoint would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
