THE JOB:
Overall, you will be responsible for IT support issues related to workstations, servers, printers, networks and customer-specific hardware and software.
The role is customer-facing, so a good telephone manner and written skills are essential, a positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills and an interest in technology.
KEY SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- An interest in IT and computer literate
- Good telephone manner
- Good written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Able to use own initiative
SALARY + BENEFITS:
- +pound;21,000 - +pound;23,000, dependent on experience
