With a focus on quality and client satisfaction, they are currently seeking a Technical Manager to enhance their team. Experienced Technical Coordinators, Design Managers and Technical Managers are encouraged to apply.
Your initial project will be located at a project in South East London where you will be based (there is an element of hybrid/flexible working). However, flexibility to work across different areas of London will be essential moving forward. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical aspects of the project from inception to completion.
- Liaise with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review and assess technical drawings, specifications, and documents.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with a main contractor or developer.
- Strong background in managing projects from start to finish.
- Experience working on high-rise residential projects is essential.
- Strong manager with a proven history of management of consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders on the projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Relevant degree or qualification in construction management or a related field.
