I’m looking for a Technical Officer to join the team immediately – the role offers £25k salary for basic knowledge. More experienced applicants will be considered at a competitive salary level.

What tasks does this Technical Officer role include?
- Provide support in the resolution of customer technical enquiries
- Support a culture of continual improvement within the team and wider Company
- Product Master Files for all products manufactured by the Company; including but not limited to the generation and maintenance of:
- Product Specifications,
- Raw Material Specifications,
- Component Specifications,
- Batch Manufacturing Records,
- Batch Packing Records.
- Product development of Company liaison for development activities
- Project management (internal and external) for development projects
What will you bring to the role?
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of root cause analysis and risk management tools and their application
- Good understanding of applicable regulations, standards and best practices
- Good numerical skills and the ability to handle and analyse data
- Good knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Minitab etc.)
- Communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- The ability to vary communication styles to suit the audience
- Planning and project management skills
