Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner to the Sales/Account owners in the execution of their customer commercial development plans, as it pertains to change delivery and client engagement
- Work on new Sales opportunities for the Domestic and Regional accounts and that could be new start-ups, incremental growth for tier 1 Banks and Markets or changes on existing solutions and new exciting projects
- Establish and maintain credibility, competency and smooth client transitions throughout the sales to solution delivery phases
- Provide clear and effective feedback to Product Management and Development teams to influence product performance and direction in clients' favour
- Responsible for identifying and documenting the design solutions to meet the desired outcome
- Identify and help cross selling opportunities where applicable with global regions
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the Capital Market; ideally 5+ years of financial industry experience in client-facing or Pre-Sales positions
- Good knowledge and experience of IP network technologies - WAN/LAN
- Business/professional qualification (e.g. CCDA/CCNA /CCNP/Cloud Certifications) would be highly beneficial or equivalent technical on-the-job experience
- Understanding of emerging cloud connectivity technologies across AWS, GCP, Azure, etc would be highly desirable
- Must be able to communicate technically with customers in a peer-peer relationship to gain trust
- Fluent in Japanese and English
