Technical Project Manager - Digital

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll have the responsibility of leading teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet the needs of a wide range of global, multi-sector clients.

Your role will involve ensuring the management of software projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Additionally, you'll explore opportunities for follow-on work and new business with existing clients, leveraging strong relationships and hold a proven track record of successful delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 4+ years of Project Management & delivery experience.
• Experience managing large-scale agile projects within a digital agency or software development company.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and discussions with teams and clients.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Evidence of involvement in the contract and statement of work process for projects.
• Experience adhering to robust project governance.
• Experience maintaining efficient and effective delivery from team members during remote working periods.
• Awareness and understanding of various planning and reporting methods to track and report on project delivery.

Desirable:

• Evidence of winning follow-on work with a new or existing client.
• Holds a current recognised certification (Scrum Master/Agile delivery)
• Experience of mentoring and coaching other team members.
