£70,000 - £75,000 per annum

Hybrid - High Wycombe 2 - 3 days per week

This role will be responsible for managing complex technical IT projects, within an organisation at the beginning of a growth plan. The business operates within the retail/supply chain space and there are initially x3 projects which you will be working on over the next year, all of which are at the RFP stage, so this is a great time to join the organisation. Further projects are planned in the future.

You will work with 3rd parties and external vendors along with an internal team to deliver the projects, so you will have excellent stakeholder management skills. The projects will be delivered using a mixture of methodologies both Agile and Waterfall and you will be comfortable to work with whatever fits the project best.

We are looking for a hands on Project Manager role who could also be involved in coaching and mentoring other PMs in the organisation. You will have experience delivering technical software/application projects in a customer/end user centric environment. You will need to be in the office around 2-3 days per week.
