THE ROLE
This is a varied role working simultaneously on a wide range of projects from brief to completion. Responsibilities will include:
- Be part of the briefing process to determine key deliverables
- Liaising with clients on their requirements throughout projects
- Developing event plans, timelines and budgets
- Preparation of production schedules and kit logistics
- Creating proposal documents
- Supplier management
- Onsite oversight of set up and break down
- Production and crewing logistics
- Supporting with developing content
- Ensuring H & S policies are met
THE CANDIDATE
This role will suit someone who has a keen interest and passion in production and/or technical delivery although strong technical knowledge is not essential. This agency are open to varying levels of candidate from someone enthusiastic to advance their career in project management to a seasoned professional with expertise to offer. You will be a confident communicator, a team player and eager to grow with the company.
