Technical Recruiter - Technology - London
Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary: £25,000 basic salary + commissions (£40,000 OTE)
Job Description:
Identify, evaluate, and conduct interviews with candidates in the technology field.
Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their specific recruitment requirements.
Develop a pool of highly qualified candidates through diverse sourcing methods such as online databases, networking, and referrals.
Maintain effective and timely communication with candidates, providing them with feedback.
Collaborate with the HR team to devise recruitment strategies and plans.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to attract top-notch talent.
Requirements:
Possess at least one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or business development.
Thorough understanding of the technology hiring process and the ability to identify exceptional technology professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies.
