Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and coordinate sales visits.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Actively participate in industry events to expand their network and visibility.
- Showcase the suitability of their cutting-edge technical products through comprehensive tender documents.
- Develop a deep understanding of their core products.
- Quote Generation and Order Conversion.
- Assist in generating accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients.
- Utilise CRM systems, including Encore, Salesforce, and Excel, for efficient customer management.
- Follow through the entire sales process, ensuring seamless order conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and financial teams for a comprehensive review of sales orders.

Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a Technical Sales role is desirable
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and methods.

- Willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
- Proficient in Excel, leveraging strong analytical and data management skills.
- Capability to adapt and excel in a target-driven sales environment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to commute to our office in Surrey.
