About the Role:

You'll collaborate closely with our ballistics support engineer, contributing to quotes, customer interaction, sales visits, and representing us at trade shows (which might involve international travel). This role involves managing leads, maintaining customer relationships, attending industry events, and compiling tender documents. Full training will be provided to equip you with the necessary expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage leads efficiently

Arrange and conduct sales visits

Foster and sustain client relationships

Participate in industry events and trade shows

Prepare comprehensive tender documents

Develop a deep understanding of our core products

Comprehend defence standards and customer requirements

Assist in quote generation and conversion

Required Skills:

Proven sales focus with a results-driven approach

Strong work ethic and Excel proficiency

Comfortable working towards and achieving sales targets

Ability to commute/drive as needed

Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills

Familiarity with CRM systems like Encore, Salesforce, and Excel
