Technical Service Manager
Our client, a leading manufacturer & supplier of Wastewater Treatment Systems in Ireland, is looking for an experienced and technical minded People Manager to lead their team of Service Technicians. This is an office-based role in Co. Meath.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in scheduling Service technicians, offering technical assistance and support on installs and managing client relationships at a service level.

The Ideal Candidate:
If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:
- 3+ years' experience in a Technical Service Manager role or similar
- Previous experience in Wastewater Treatments Systems desirable.
- Strong Electrical experience and qualifications are essential.
- Proven track record of scheduling and delegating services.
- Experience in People Management and revenue reporting is necessary.
- Confident with excellent communication skills.
- Full, clean driving licence required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Scheduling service appointments and technicians.
- Effective People Management of a small team of Service Technicians.
- Supporting and advising technicians on Electrical installs and repairs.
- Monitoring expected revenue and debt collection.
- Reporting and projecting outcomes.
- Coordinate with other departments in relation to ongoing and future projects.
- Ensure Syncroteam reports are prepared and uploaded for every call out.
