We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team as we have bold and ambitious growth plans in 2024 and beyond.
Job Purpose Summary:
The role of Technical Specialist is to support the Head of Technical in providing technical and administrative support to the projects, warehouse and commercial teams. You will be contributing to managing the design and implementation of key components for projects and ensuring global standards of excellence are being delivered by collaborating with our technical "family".
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to existing and new projects and report as required.
- Assist projects team to produce accurate & detailed quotes.
- Provide dedicated support to external crew and project managers during in-house project prep.
- Provide technical support and advise on most appropriate equipment.
- Maintain basic 3D software knowledge to process details from customer supplied files.
- Produce basic 3D files to illustrate design/equipment concepts.
- Writing and managing internal and external equipment documentation
- Assist warehouse HOD's to produce and maintain equipment de-prep and prep process documentation.
