Technical Support Administrator
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
£24,000 Per annum.
We are seeking an Technical Support Administrator for our Newark based client on a full time basis (part time also considered). You will be joining a friendly, welcoming team in a varied and exciting role.
THE ROLE
As Technical Support Administrator , your duties will include:
* Data Entry and rate loading to be implemented on a range of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
* Analysing data and providing advice for key stakeholders on how to use various systems
* Responding to inbound queries via telephone, live chat, email, web forms
* Supporting the team on projects and working to deadlines
* Dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively
* Confidently and accurately sourcing information and providing your knowledge on a B2B and B2C basis via telephone and email to make sure that precise information is recorded
THE CANDIDATE
Experience required to be a successful Technical Support Administrator includes:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Accurate data analyser to maintain consistency to updating data between systems
* Experience of the customer service industry
* Ability to work to deadlines and targets
* Clear and confident telephone manner
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
