I have a fantastic opportunity for you. I am currently recruiting for a Technical Support Advisor for my client based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will assist customers with a range of enquiries, and provide IT support via phone calls and email, whilst ensuring excellent customer service is always maintained.
The Technical Support Advisor will work alongside their small friendly team at head office, all training is provided and once fully trained, you can split your time working from in the office to working from home. Technical Support Advisor Requirements
- Previous customer service/help desk experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT Literate.
- Logical thinker.
- Have an interest in IT, enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving.
