Our Technical Support Analysts are the backbone of our tech support system and the first port of call for any hiccups our colleague’s encounter. We’re looking for Analysts with excellent customer skills, a proactive working approach and extensive expertise with troubleshooting and problem solving.
We're searching for someone with a deep understanding of technology and ITIL best practices, who can quickly identify and prioritize issues to ensure smooth operations. Join us for a full-time adventure, working on-site Monday to Friday to deliver optimal service. The role will be based at our Wolverhampton office with travel to our other workspaces if needed including Lichfield, Tewkesbury and Chipping Sodbury. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your vehicle are a must for this dynamic role.
