Currently looking for a Technical Training Partner to join our established client based in Westhill. This is a crucial role in ensuring that employees and stakeholders within the organisation are equipped with the necessary technical skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This position involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training and competency programs that align with the company goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Technical Training programs tailored to meet the needs of various departments within the organisation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify key technical skills and knowledge gaps, ensuring training content is relevant and up to date
  • Design and create training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other resources, to facilitate effective blended learning
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, utilising various training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training sessions, gathering feedback, and making adjustments to improve the training process
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements relevant to the organisation and incorporate them into training programs
  • Ensure that Technical Training programs comply with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training and Competency preferably within the Energy industry
  • CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
  • Experience of writing and delivering Technical Training programs
  • Enable learning through presentations, demonstrations, instruction and coaching in both technical and non-Technical Training programmes
