Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and have a passion for sales.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
