Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
