Responsibilities:
- Performing a high volume of outbound calls on behalf of clients
- Building rapport with prospective customers, effectively handling queries, and providing excellent customer service
- Accurately entering details onto the CRM and ensuring all data is maintained and cleansed
- Meeting targets and KPIs that contribute to the success of a campaign
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities
- Excellent telephone skills, articulate and confident over the phone and able to quickly establish strong work relationships
- Customer-focused and can deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience gained in a telesales or telemarketing role would be beneficial
- Confident working in a target-driven environment
- Demonstrates excellent organisation skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise workloads
- Salary guide: Up to £13.00 per hour
- Work Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm with an early finish Friday
