Team is a telemarketing company offering business to business calling on behalf of clients from a range of sectors. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a temporary or permanent basis, full time or part-time. Duties and responsibilities:Working on behalf of our clients Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers. Progression Prospects: The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and the a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures Skills and experience: - experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls. -Able to achieve a dialing target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director - Excellent communication skills and telephone manner - Excellent spoken English - Good time management and ability to meet deadlines - Self motivated - Work well within a team and as an individual - Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull Location:Shirley, Solihull Salary: £25,000 - £27,00032 days holiday per annum pro rata. 9 Day fortnight option (compressed hours) - giving an extra 26 days off per year.
