Position Summary: Kinex is seeking an experienced Remote Telemarketer based in Birmingham, England who will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound telemarketing. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service and a good level of cooperation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads- Accurately identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills- Build strong and lasting relationships with prospects and manage their expectations- Collaborate with the sales team and other cross-functional teams to drive results- Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with changes in products/services and processes- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system- Comply with all company policies and regulations
Qualifications:- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Good computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite- A positive and persistent attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Salary Range: The salary range for this part-time position is between 8.5 and 15 in UK local currency, depending on the candidate's experience and performance.
