Role and responsibilities:
- Manage the B2B process.
- Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
- Work on behalf of clients to contact other businesses via telephone.
- Book and attend sales meetings.
- Generate leads for potential new business.
- Ensure the database is kept up to date with business information.
- Complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.
Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated
- Work well within a team and as an individual
